Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where can I park?

Parking is available at VOCO Downtown Chicago. You can park in the hotel’s underground parking garage for $59 per car per day.

2. What should I do if I haven’t received my ticket?

If you haven't received your ticket, please check your spam or junk email folder. If it's still missing, contact our support team at sapa@sapa-usa.org for assistance. We would require you to bring your payment proof to the event with a valid ID at checkin.

3. Which floor is the check-in for the event?

Check-in for the SAPA General Assembly will take place on the fourteenth floor of VOCO Downtown Chicago, just beside the lift.

4.Is the event open to non-SAPA members?

Yes, the event is open to both SAPA members and non-members. General tickets are available for purchase.

5. Can I buy more tickets at the event?

Yes! Additional tickets will be available for purchase at the event, subject to availability. However, we encourage early purchases to ensure your spot.

6. Can I bring a guest?

Yes, you can bring a guest, but they must have a valid ticket to attend. You can purchase “plus one” ticket through the event page.

7. Will food be provided during the event?

Yes, meals and refreshments will be provided throughout the event, including during the Gala Night.

8. What is the dress code for the Gala Night?

The dress code for the Gala Night is formal or semi-formal attire. Feel free to dress up and enjoy a stylish evening!
